But, work awaits in a few more days, so arrive I did, and on time, too.
Groceries have been purchased, the dog’s universe has been partially restored to normal, clean-ups have been started, laundry and my NaNo project await. I don’t go back to work until Wednesday, so that’s better than it sounds. I hope. I’ve even taken a quick look at my work emails to double-check on an interview and a couple of performance evaluations that I need to do tomorrow. Even though I’m not officially back to work. <sigh>
Although not unconnected, or unaware, I did try to stay as removed as possible for the news while I was away, so I’ll work out my opinion and commentary for later in the week when I’ve had some time to do more thinking. And after I’ve finished up Camp NaNo.
