  1. It’s all to easy to miss the little bits of normal that make up life. There’s value in stopping to smell the roses once in awhile.
    And deer? They’re so common here that they’re plant devouring road hazards. But still beautiful. 🙂

  2. Wow. Would love to have deer living so close to home. That said, we spotted echidna and a lyre bird on a recent bush walk so we are definitely blessed.
    That’s a great quote as well. I often photograph the ordinary through my zoom lens and it becomes extraordinary. I remember photographing my children when they were really small and capturing those awkward tentative movements and how beautiful and monumental they became xx Rowena
