Wandering mind trying to be still

And with a late entry for today’s post. I’m almost back to normal after having had a tooth extracted on Wednesday, getting sick from the pain meds – which fortunately I only needed to take 3 of, but which kept me up most of that night, anyway, and coping with a small party that my daughter had last night. But today was almost normal  – I worked from home, had an Indian dinner out with my husband, daughter, and a friend of hers, and then a very long FaceTime with Japan-based daughter – toured her apartment and neighborhood, which was very nice. But now I’m behind schedule, over-tired, and a bit distracted.

Which means I am, once again, wrapping up a week with little to say about anything, but the weekend is for recharging, and that’s what I intend to do. Or at least it’s what I hope to do…
