As I mentioned in Sunday’s post, my husband broke his leg over the weekend, so this week I’m definitely eliminating the non-essentials.

All joking aside, though, there is much to be said for understanding that we have finite time, and finite energy, and that we are happier and healthier when we learn to focus on the important stuff first, and possibly even let the other stuff go.
